Xi'an Baqiao District 5-star Hotels

I found that the sound insulation is relatively poor during my daytime nap. People who don't rest well should bring earplugs when staying in, otherwise they will be woken up. The hotel's other supporting facilities are also relatively complete, and there are claw machines. The lobby is also spacious and stylish. Hygiene: The sanitation is very clean and there are enough trash cans, but I don't know why there are no trash bags in the trash cans. Will there be residual bacteria and pollutants when cleaning like this? Environment: We came to watch the concert, and the scene was quite atmospheric. Service: When I checked in, I didn't send the corresponding souvenirs from the ground. Anna, the night shift front desk, sent me two breakfasts. I asked that the souvenirs were not sent and she immediately made up for it. I was woken up by the neighbor's nap and immediately offered to delay my check-out until 4 o'clock. When I checked out, I also took the initiative to explain the noise. I also sent extra support cookies and support gifts made by the hotel. The service staff were very polite, sincere and enthusiastic. If you are going to a concert, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is about a ten-minute walk from the venue. You can come back to rest without queuing for a taxi after the show. Luggage storage is also very convenient. In addition, the breakfast tastes and variety are good. You can go before 10:30. You can sleep until 9 o'clock and still have time to eat. You can also have breakfast if you can't get up too early. It is suitable for young people. Hahaha Figure 5 is the room meal standard. I didn't have time to eat, but the price is still relatively cost-effective.

During this trip to Xi'an, staying at Jinjiang International Hotel gave me a lot of surprises and touching moments. The hotel's appearance is magnificent and perfectly blends with the ancient charm of Xi'an. When entering the lobby, luxury and elegance come to my face. Cheng Yaru and Yang Shaohui at the front desk opened a pleasant journey for me with their professionalism and enthusiasm. When checking in, they were skilled and answered all my questions fluently. Whether it was room details or travel guides, they gave accurate and practical answers. The room is spacious and bright, with a sophisticated layout and simple and elegant decoration. The bedding is extremely comfortable, the facilities are complete, the bathroom is high-end and clean, and the toiletries are of excellent quality. The view outside the balcony is beautiful day and night. In short, the hotel performs well in all aspects. The high-quality service is the finishing touch. If I have the opportunity to come to Xi'an again, this will definitely be my only choice, and I will definitely recommend it to others. I believe that every guest can enjoy a good time here.

The hotel I stayed in during this New Year trip was really amazing! I must recommend it to everyone. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I could feel the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the service staff. When Manager Wang at the front desk checked in, he was not only very efficient, but also kindly introduced me to the surrounding fun places. The hotel shuttle bus can pick me up at the subway entrance, which is a big thumbs up👍. After a day of play, the room was also very clean. I took a hot bath and went to sleep, which was very refreshing. The gym and swimming pool facilities are also very complete, allowing me to keep exercising during the trip. The location is also great, on the lake island of the Expo Park, which must be great in summer. The picture was taken while waiting for the shuttle bus. For your reference, the location is just outside the subway entrance, on the small bridge just after entering the park.

This is my first time staying at Hualuxe. The atmosphere is full of our own culture and is different from other standardized brands of InterContinental. The purpose of choosing this hotel is to see the Camel Bell Legend next door and to be relatively convenient to the Terracotta Warriors. I didn't expect there is an outlet downstairs, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The new hotel has good facilities, enthusiastic staff, and is a standard five-star hotel

Every city has its own reasons for people to miss it, and every hotel has its own sweet and warm memories. Xi'an Chanba Sheraton Hotel is the warmest and most unique one in my memory. I first stayed there when I came to the Olympic Sports Center to watch Wang Feng's concert last year. The one-night stay was very comfortable. The room was very good in terms of facilities, hygiene, and bedding. I also came to the Olympic Sports Center to watch the performance this time. I booked it again without hesitation. The service staff also contacted me warmly before check-in and helped me book a free shuttle bus. I have to give a thumbs up here! The tea bar in the lobby is also very unique. Take a rest here and all the fatigue of the whole day will disappear. Thanks to Wang Jiaru for her excellent service. It was just a simple ice cream, but she smiled and served throughout the whole process. It felt very comfortable! 👍👍👍!

Must give a high rate for the location, staff service! Very thankful that the staff gave us helpful hands and warmed our hearts when I had the needs. I would repeat my stay if I am visiting Xi'an again.. location is superb, bell tower and subway entrance no.6 is just in front of the hotel main entrance.

The location of the hotel is great, right in front of the Bell Tower, beautiful view. We booked two Deluxe Bell Tower Panoramic Double Bed Rooms. In both the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were very thin, we woke up with a sore back. In one of the rooms the entrance door did not close properly and we had to make a lot of noise to close it properly and the other room had a wet carpet. I am sure these are things that can be improved or fixed during the stay, we could not because we had a very tight schedule.

We came 1.5 years ago and had such a good time staying at Xi’an Downtown Moxy, that we came back again. There are bare floors in the rooms 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 with a small mat by the bed. Hotel is a short walk from major attractions and malls, yet hidden away from the bustle at the Bell and Drum Tower Museum. Cheerful Chef Yuan made every breakfast a delight with very delicious 油泼面 , fried rice and wan tans in soup. All the reception/ service staff (Rain especially, Lucky and Lemon) were helpful and patient to my elderly parents’ queries about the area around the hotel. The hotel and the area around it were flat and accessible for our wheelchair user. Suggest to drop off in the Basement Carpark for wheelchairs.

This hotel’s location is so convenient for tourists. Everything is accessible within Hotel vicinity. Didi driver will drop you off at the bus stop in front of the hotel. Bell tower is just metres away. Even though hotel is situated on the main road but it is not noisy at all. Hotel service is excellent. All the staff are courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant every morning. We would like to commend a staff in the restaurant named Qi Rui Xia 漆瑞霞 for her warm personality and great hospitality. Our booking includes a free one time transfer from airport to hotel. Just make sure you contact the hotel in advance. We ended up booking day tours through the personnel Hu Xiao Hong 胡晓红who arranged our complimentary airport transfer. She is stationed inside the hotel reception lobby from morning till evening. So, it saves us stress and hassle to look for reliable tours. Her service is really great. She will chat with me on Wechat to make sure we get on the correct tour bus when we have a tour on that particular day. I would also like to commend a female housekeeping staff whom I did not manage to get her name. She is always seen with a smile and greets us whenever we meet in the laundry room. This hotel is truly a gem . I would definitely stay again in my future trips to beautiful Xi’an.
