Xi'an Baqiao District 5-star Hotels

I found that the sound insulation is relatively poor during my daytime nap. People who don't rest well should bring earplugs when staying in, otherwise they will be woken up. The hotel's other supporting facilities are also relatively complete, and there are claw machines. The lobby is also spacious and stylish. Hygiene: The sanitation is very clean and there are enough trash cans, but I don't know why there are no trash bags in the trash cans. Will there be residual bacteria and pollutants when cleaning like this? Environment: We came to watch the concert, and the scene was quite atmospheric. Service: When I checked in, I didn't send the corresponding souvenirs from the ground. Anna, the night shift front desk, sent me two breakfasts. I asked that the souvenirs were not sent and she immediately made up for it. I was woken up by the neighbor's nap and immediately offered to delay my check-out until 4 o'clock. When I checked out, I also took the initiative to explain the noise. I also sent extra support cookies and support gifts made by the hotel. The service staff were very polite, sincere and enthusiastic. If you are going to a concert, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is about a ten-minute walk from the venue. You can come back to rest without queuing for a taxi after the show. Luggage storage is also very convenient. In addition, the breakfast tastes and variety are good. You can go before 10:30. I took my kids to Xi'an for a relaxing tour during the May Day holiday. It's a little bit away from the city, but the price-performance ratio is soaring, and it's very convenient to drive by yourself. There is an outlet downstairs, and the National Expo Center and the World Expo Park are also nearby. The hotel is similar in grade to the Crowne Plaza Hotel in the same building, but the style is more Chinese. The front desk clerks Lowa and Wendy are very enthusiastic, and the concierge is also very proactive. The room view is good, and all kinds of hardware and software services have reached the application level. The water quality of the swimming pool is very good, and there are enough mineral water and towels. The breakfast is satisfactory, but the 1.5-year-old child insists on paying the difference according to the adult price, which is a bit ”unkind”, but the rules are understandable. If you can be more flexible and pretend not to see it or charge a child price (I recently stayed in another Crowne Plaza without charging), it will make the customer's stay experience more full. In short, the hotel has everything it should have, but there are no extra surprises.

The hotel I stayed in during this New Year trip was really amazing! I must recommend it to everyone. The hotel shuttle bus can pick me up at the subway entrance, which is a big thumbs up👍. After a day of play, the room was also very clean. I took a hot bath and went to sleep, which was very refreshing. The gym and swimming pool facilities are also very complete, allowing me to keep exercising during the trip. The location is also great, on the lake island of the Expo Park, which must be great in summer. The picture was taken while waiting for the shuttle bus. For your reference, the location is just outside the subway entrance, on the small bridge just after entering the park.

Quite an attractive hotel, nice gardens, albeit small. Room was lovely, bright and modern with a super cute hammock chair. Breakfast was sufficient. None of the staff spoke English but we were able to communicate via WeChat. Hot spring pools were nice, but note there are only four, and I was bitten extensively whilst sitting in there. The gym and pool are located in a building with the wedding/function room, which made it awkward as there was a day time wedding on my second day. Gym is well equipped, however the pool seems to cater more for the local community. No towels for the pool are provided which is not acceptable for a 5*. It’s a decent hotel and was pleasant for one night but they can improve on some things.

From patiently answering questions during check-in, to the receptionist standing outside who took the initiative to help with luggage and guide the room, every detail showed professionalism and thoughtfulness, especially Ms. Jing Feifei and Ms. Xu Aojun at the front desk. They felt very good and were very skilled in operation. Even in the face of peak check-in, I didn't feel the slightest bit of waiting. The other staff were also very careful and responded to questions in a timely manner. Every front desk staff had a warm and friendly smile on their faces. They took the initiative to greet and patiently listened to my needs. Whether asking for food recommendations around the hotel or understanding the routes of some tourist attractions, they could give detailed and practical answers. When I called in the morning to ask where to eat, they would tell me and explain the time to time. It felt very intimate, and they were all smiling. They treated guests very warmly and thoughtfully, making people feel at home as soon as they stepped into the hotel. The hotel's facilities and equipment are complete and relatively advanced. The bed in the room is soft and comfortable, all kinds of electrical appliances are available, the air conditioning and heating effect are good, and the network is very stable. It can meet the needs of leisure and entertainment or work. The bathroom is clean and tidy, the shower equipment has a moderate water output, the water temperature is easy to adjust, and it is very comfortable to use. Speaking of the hotel environment, the night view outside the hotel is very beautiful. The front desk lady also upgraded my room type to the Hejing King Room. I can work while enjoying the scenery at night. This river view is really beautiful. I must stay here next time I come to Xi'an. In the afternoon, I went out and the scenery of the hotel park is also very good. There are many green plants, the environment is very good, and it is very clean. In the afternoon, there will be people fishing by the river, which feels very comfortable. The public area is elegantly decorated, and the decoration style is simple but stylish. The corridor is clean and odorless, and the green plants are arranged in a staggered manner, adding a bit of vitality. The restaurant environment is even more pleasant, with neatly arranged tables and chairs, and soft lighting to create a comfortable dining atmosphere.

Every city has its own reasons for people to miss it, and every hotel has its own sweet and warm memories. Xi'an Chanba Sheraton Hotel is the warmest and most unique one in my memory. I first stayed there when I came to the Olympic Sports Center to watch Wang Feng's concert last year. The one-night stay was very comfortable. The room was very good in terms of facilities, hygiene, and bedding. I also came to the Olympic Sports Center to watch the performance this time. I booked it again without hesitation. The service staff also contacted me warmly before check-in and helped me book a free shuttle bus. I have to give a thumbs up here! The tea bar in the lobby is also very unique. Take a rest here and all the fatigue of the whole day will disappear. Thanks to Wang Jiaru for her excellent service. It was just a simple ice cream, but she smiled and served throughout the whole process. It felt very comfortable! 👍👍👍!

I'd say this hotel has very distinct pros and cons, so your decision will really depend on your specific needs. Pros: The hotel's location is superb. It's right at the Bell Tower, and within walking distance to the Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, and Yongning Gate city wall. There's also a very large parking lot, which is a huge plus for those driving, as it's hard to find another hotel with such facilities near the Bell Tower. Cons: The rooms are quite small, and the facilities are very old, reminiscent of an old state-run guesthouse. If room comfort is a priority for you, you might want to think twice before staying here. Other aspects: On the other hand, the room hygiene is good; it's very clean. Breakfast is decent, and the front desk service is good.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and its excellent location, right opposite the Bell Tower, with a large mall and a subway station just steps away. The staff are polite, friendly, and extremely helpful—nothing is too much trouble for them, and I truly felt they wanted to make sure I was comfortable. The continuous supply of cold bottled water was greatly appreciated, and the smart kettle in the room made it easy to prepare hot drinks. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. I did not have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

Our first stop in Xi'an was this hotel, and its location is absolutely superb – right next to the Bell Tower, and just a 10-minute walk to the Muslim Quarter. It offers incredibly convenient access to both attractions and shopping districts. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were impressed by the vibrant design, a cool blend of industrial chic and street art – every corner is Instagram-worthy! The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. While the room wasn't huge, its layout was incredibly smart! It's fully equipped with smart devices and USB charging ports, and I particularly loved the fun slogans and unique small design touches on the walls. There's also a 24-hour self-service laundry room. Upon check-out, the front desk lady thoughtfully gave us a city fridge magnet. This was a truly pleasant experience.
