Lovely room a bit dated but an excellent shower. great sea view great location but very disappointing breakfast. Stayed here a few years ago and had hoped the breakfast would be better. This would put us off going full or half board. A shame because otherwise it was excellent.

Una semana en Enero con pensión completa.Hotel 4,8 sobre 5.Habitación con todo lo necesario,limpieza excelente,comidas variadas y servicio muy eficiente.Camas cómodas y grandes,ningún ruido y con persiana en el balcón.Ubicación magnífica.Calidad precio de 10.Aunque la temperatura era buena para esas fechas(18º) no era para bañarse y no opinaré sobre la piscina que parecía buena y playa de arena fina a 50m.Un muy buen hotel .

Hotel bien situado para pasar unos días de descanso, comida buena, habitación grande y con buenas vistas un poco mejorable la limpieza de la habitación, por lo demás hotel muy limpio y bien cuidado para ser un edificio que ya tiene sus años, para volver.-

Old hotel but
Well the hotel was old, The rooms are ok , clean but not more than 2 stars. walls done of paper. could hear our neighbors a bit too well. It needs updating. Location is perfect, lots of restaurantes and bars. Parking but quite full, still plenty close by. Reception pleasant and helpful. Quick Check in. Price/quality just a bit over. Would comeback!

El hotel tiene el mejor sitio en la playa el Arenal
Pero indudablemente te necesita renovarse
Pero en conjunto sabiendo que vas a un 3 estrellas te adaptas los baños pues eso renovarlos
La piscina bien
La comida pues también no se porque ponen tantas críticas no se que comerán en sus casas

Bit tired and in need of a refurb
Hotel is a bit tired and needs some updating. Rooms were fairly comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very basic but there was a serious issue with the cleanliness of the plates, bowls, cups, etc. The hotel really needs to review the cleaning process in the kitchen.
