Hotel Ritual de Terra & Spa

We verbleven twee weken in een van de beste kamers. Bij aankomst moest het totale bedrag worden vooruitbetaald en getekend worden dat we niets zouden terugkrijgen als we eerder moesten vertrekken. Dat hebben we als frequent reizende gasten nog nooit meegemaakt. Kamer is mooi maar de ramen zijn te laag, je moet bukken om het -grote en mooie - terras op te gaan. Bed is veel te hard. Ontbijt op zich goed maar trage hoewel vriendelijke bediening. Waarom geen zelfbediening voor de koffie? Geen gevoel van comfort en verzorging. Wel mooie ligging en vriendelijk personeel, kamer werd voor de middag grondig gepoetst. De kamers liggen niet in het hoofdgebouw, je moet voor alles naar buiten.

Hotel excesivamente caro para los servicios que ofrece. La piscina y zonas comunes no se corresponden en absoluto con la realidad.Habitaciones sin hacer a las 15.45 de la tarde habiendo dejado libre la habitación a las 10.45. Servicio inadecuado para lo pagado. Poco recomendable.

Чудесное местечко в Хавее. Отреставрированный отельчик, тихий и уютный. Хороший завтрак, очень приятный , вежливый персонал. Удобные для сна кровати , фумигатор от Комаров в номере, красиво . Простой и свежий завтрак, небольшой выбор, но есть все, что нужно. Вкусный кофе. Красивый бассейн.

Every time you go to the pool and ask for a towel you have to leave a deposit of 10 euros, and room service costs 3.50 each time you order. Small details not consistent with a hotel of that category. The day before arrival they sent me an email saying that there was no parking, that I had to park nearby. After parking on an adjacent street, and arriving dragging our suitcases, they told us at reception that there was parking, and since we had made the reservation a long time ago, the correct email had not been sent. Leaving that aside, the best thing about the hotel, Arantxa, Sofía and Isabela, the girls at the spa, friendliness, smiles, kindness, a pleasure to put ourselves in their hands. Neus, at reception, and Manuela in the restaurant, a charm. They are all a plus in the hotel. Looking forward to returning...

We were there the week of September 25 and I have to say that first of all we were very disappointed. For the price the hotel has, it should be much better, it lacks facilities for the enjoyment of clients, not even a sad gym, we came for the Spa and what a disappointment apart from the fact that they had it closed for 3 DAYS and on top of that it doesn't even come in a free treatment that is worth the price of the room. The breakfast is very poor and scarce, it is like that of a one-star hotel or a hostel. The food is expensive and not very good, no wonder there is never anyone there. If I have to highlight something positive, the pleasant staff. It is in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by busy roads and no shoulders. You have to take the car for everything, what a bad choice we have made. Every day I heard a lot of noises of people working since 8 in the morning. You can hear the people from the Chalets opposite who were partying every day. The rooms are very noisy, you can hear the neighbors in the next room a lot. Without a doubt I have to repeat that we are very disappointed and of course WE WILL NEVER RETURN. Let's see if this is of any use and so that people are not fooled. You have a long way to go to be a hotel of the category that you make us believe. I also want to say something positive, the hotel is very nice and with very good decoration. Disappointed! I think they should somehow compensate the people who have been disappointed. It was a MISTAKE to choose this Hotel.
