地理位置方便，有接站服務很便利，接站的司機師傅人很好，親和有禮，點贊👍🏻
辦理入住的時候，前台小姐姐的親和力不足。
建議增加外賣送餐機器人，點了外賣都要自己下樓拿，不是很方便。

酒店地理位置方便，周邊很便利，樓下就是地鐵站和商場，出行方便，酒店設施設備齊全，前台Lucy，Emily服務又好，安排的早餐也不錯，有周邊出行計劃的，推薦這裏，挺不錯的

提前備註的要求，酒店人員都有認真落實，行政樓層是新裝修的，整體入住體驗不錯，高樓層風景很好，唯獨有一點瑕疵小問題就是酒店玻璃外牆維護不夠，星星點點的黑色附着物較多，略影響整體觀感。本次入住酒店提供的無患子洗漱用品有驚喜，使用感很好，看生廠商是福建本土企業產品，不一味追求大牌，有自己的特色很不錯。每次回武夷山市區入住酒店都選擇海晟，作為市區唯一的四星級酒店，整體服務和設施中規中矩，不出意外的話下次有機會回去應該還會繼續選擇，希望看到酒店更多服務品質的提升。
