房間整體整潔乾淨，無異味，隔音較好，因未選靠近馬路邊的房間，外部一整夜都沒有雜音，很贊。距離公交站很近，出行非常便利。附近水果店、早餐選擇也很多，都是些當地特色小食，價格也不貴，生活非常便利。老闆非常熱情傳授關於當地茶文化，受益匪淺，退房時店家贈送了茶禮，心意滿滿。
