我們一家來武夷山旅遊，選擇入住了半島印象酒店，整體體驗非常糟糕，嚴重與網上描述不符。首先，酒店提供的飲水桶居然衹給了半桶，不是封口的新桶，看起來像是別人用過的，非常不衞生。其次，房間清潔服務非常不到位：我們白天外出時不來打掃，偏偏選擇午休時間敲門影響休息，之後乾脆就再也沒人來打掃，連最基本的洗漱用品也沒有更換。房間設施也很老舊，空調噪音特別大，晚上根本睡不好；牆面有黴斑，還有異味，和攜程上展示的宣傳照片完全不一致。最讓人失望的是，攜程上這家酒店的評價基本全是五星好評，和我們的真實體驗嚴重不符，懷疑有大量刷單行為。大家如果認真翻一翻會發現很多評論內容雷同、賬號異常，看起來就不真實。建議大家在預訂前慎重考慮，不要被評分誤導。
