這次入住的温泉名宿體驗非常棒！首先，設施非常齊全，無論是温泉池、休閑區還是房間內的各種細節，都考慮得非常周到，讓人感到十分便利。床品特別舒適，柔軟親膚，晚上睡得非常香甜。工作人員待客熱情有序，服務貼心又不會過度打擾，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。
最讓我印象深刻的是這裏的餐飲，菜品味道非常好，食材新鮮，烹飪精緻，尤其是當地的特色菜，讓人回味無窮。民宿建在山上，房間是270度落地窗設計的觀景房，視野開闊，可以一覽無餘地欣賞到外面的雪景。清晨醒來，拉開窗簾就能看到銀裝素裹的山林，彷彿置身於童話世界，真的是一種難以言喻的享受。
總的來説，這家温泉名宿無論是硬件設施還是軟性服務都無可挑剔，非常適合想要放鬆身心、享受自然美景的朋友。強烈推薦！

房間超級大，還有私湯，私密性好。温泉泡着舒服，服務周到，九宮格早餐很精緻。山裡空氣新鮮住的很舒服。非常棒

同等價位的民宿相比 衞生水平衹能算一般，馬桶有膠印，客廳茶几也很臟，淋浴管子鬆動等等，但是管家小姐姐服務態度很好，也有給解決方案，所以還能接受。 入住的時候發生一點不愉快，前台一個男管家態度很差，首先我並不知道寵物需要另外收取清潔費，而且出門在外寵物的衞生我都會自己做好，所以當他提出的時候我就問他需要清潔什麼，他回答寵物會掉毛，防止其他客人過敏所以需要清潔費，我表示我狗的品種不會掉毛的，他回覆衹要掉一根毛也算。這個説法實在難以接受。 你可以説寵物附加費用或者其他清理費用，為什麼在我表達迷惑的時候沒有任何解釋，就一句非常強硬冷冰冰的話：需要清理費。 不過最後退房的時候管家小姐姐沒有收取這個費用，我不知道工作人員最後是怎麼溝通的。 所以這個不滿衹針對入住時候男管家的態度。 對了，小炒雞很好吃，菜量也很足，好評。

老闆是有想法的。房間設計和景色超讚。各種可以拍出美景的角落都提前預留了花盆拍出更好的意境。這次冬天來是冬天的意境。夏天來的話估計是另外一番滋味。家裡小孩説等天熱再來室外游泳
