剛好趁着暑假，帶着一家人一起出來遊玩，網上不經意看到武義這家酒店在景區內，景觀非常不錯。當天入住酒店，是管家孔先生來接的我們，不僅主動升級了房型，還提前給兩個小孩準備了洗漱用品，服務非常周到。酒店一樓自帶室內泳池、健身房，三樓有一個超大觀景露台，坐着喝喝咖啡，下午茶非常愜意。這個莊園面積非常大，裏面除了花海，還有露營地、茶園、牧場等。同時，還配套了攀爬塔、卡丁車、射箭館等遊玩設施，非常值得帶家人朋友一起來打卡，很不錯地一次度假遊玩體驗！

酒店在景區裏是最好的，城堡酒店，非常漂亮。管家非常熱情的來停車場接我們，又給我們升級了套房！設施、衞生、服務、早餐都無可挑剔！
當天下午去牛頭山漂流，第二天一早，管家又開車送我們去景區逛了一圈，然後小朋友在卡丁車、手工坊玩得不肯走，本來還想去射箭館、昆蟲館、騎馬餵動物，但時間來不及了，衹能下次再來！
非常滿意的一次出遊！

説一下總體入住感受，酒店孔管家服務非常熱情，提前幫忙預約下午茶和美拍，入住當天也是主動幫忙搬運行李到房間，安排升級地房型，視野特別好，晚上燈光夜景很震撼。我們去景區體驗遊玩項目，孔管家會開接駁車送我們來回。這個季節，站在花田邊遠眺，向日葵花海鋪展至天際，彷彿闖入梵高的油畫世界。牧場裏有許多可愛地小動物可以投喂，小孩特別喜歡。總之，非常滿意地一次度假遊玩經歷，會推薦給身邊的朋友過來玩。

這次家人來浙江參加一些活動和遊玩，不經意間看到城堡酒店，就給家人預訂了，酒店孔經理入住前聯繫了我，從安排接駁到入住非常順利，房間也做了升級，打開落地窗，就可以看到歐洲風情的花園景觀，視野非常贊！孔經理還貼心地給小孩準備了小禮物和小童洗漱用品。酒店三樓有小童遊玩空間，一樓有室內泳池和健身房，配套設施還不錯。下午天氣不熱，孔經理帶家人景區轉了一圈，介紹了每個景點和遊玩設施，家人住的很滿意，為孔經理熱情周到的服務點贊！
