Traveling with a nine-month-old baby, I communicated with the hotel in advance about the appropriate room type and needs, and the hotel arranged it very well.
The staff, both at the front desk and in the catering department, are friendly and proactive in providing assistance.
The hotel is in the scenic area. If you buy a two-day ticket for Lingshan Giant Buddha, you can come in and out at any time, which is convenient for taking your baby to take a nap.
In addition, although the hotel has been open for a long time, the facilities are well maintained and do not look old at all. The experience of this stay and the stay in 10 years can be given full marks.

I've traveled to many places in China and this hotel was the only place that was so friendly to us, forgieners. The owner knows a little bit of English and be was super helpful with our stay there. He lent us gear for hiking and even offered us breakfast every morning without extra charge. On top of it, the hotel was located near the Buddhist Statue and other fun activities. I definitely recommend this cute Inn to other forgieners and locals.

I drove 1,000 kilometers and only prayed for Lingshan. The inn has complete facilities and the environment is clean and tidy. The owner is kind and kind, making people feel at home. The food is sweet and delicious, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The green mountains outside the inn are full of green. Standing on the side of the yard, you can see the Lingshan Giant Buddha. The air is fresh and the environment is quiet. The room was clean, the air conditioner was turned on in the greenhouse on the day of the accommodation was a bit warm, and the bath water was very comfortable. The parking space is very convenient in front of the building. As soon as I entered the door, I felt that the scattered yard was too beautiful. The spread path directly calmed your heart. The room design was very distinctive. I especially liked the bamboo forest view room. I opened the curtains. The breeze accompanied by the bamboo forest in the garden. The sound of shaking, weak downstairs, someone chatting and drinking tea. I think life really needs to slow down...
The beautiful proprietress and the clerk are very hospitable. It is like going to a friend’s home. The afternoon tea for the two is particularly exquisite. The next day, I still tasted a very authentic Sichuan hot pot in the yard. It is only ten minutes away from the nearby play. You can order from the proprietress one day in advance, you can get 10 yuan cheaper each, and go to the legendary Nianhua Bay in the afternoon until the evening. The drive is only 15 minutes. The beautiful scenery at night is nothing to say bad except for the high consumption of many people.
I recommend this one, at least next time I would love to take my family back.

The staff inside are very kind. The environment is kept clean after 5 years of operation. The cleaning staff often cleans the floor. The room is spotless. The parking lot behind is large and there are plenty of charging stations. The breakfast is light and nutritious. Before leaving, the boss kept chatting with me and helped me carry my luggage. This must be the inn I visited twice. It is much more cost-effective than many hotels. I like inns with human touch.

Relaxing one night stay with a friend, RSun was a perfect place to chill.
Thanks to the wonderful service from Turbo, smooth check in and room upgraded to a suite. His spoken English was good and he was very helpful during our stay.
The suite was huge, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean.
We made use of the hot springs and enjoyed our time there. We visited in February so the hotel and springs were not busy.
Food in the restaurant was delicious local cuisine. We received special dish as it was the last day of the ***** new year holiday. We communicated using a translator app.
I would have liked the downstairs bar to be open.
There was a good breakfast selection which was refilled.
I would choose to stay here again.

WWAI PING ALFREDStayed in this Rocase serviced apartment, rooms 8601 and 8606 (level 6, not 8). Rooms are very clean, spacious. There are 2 separate bedrooms with a king size bed and a queen size bed in the other. Each has its own ensuite toilet. Equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine and dryer combined. Asked reception for detergent powder. Walking distance to nearby 南禅寺 and the street was a delight to walk and shop at after dinner. Good for a 1-2 day stay. Morning International breakfast was a 50m walk away to the adjoining Rocase Hotel basement 1. Only thing is that the reception staff could have been more hospitable and smile more. Would definitely stay here again.

Location:
It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

GGuest UserI wanted to stay here to have an opinion on it. Odd name first of all. The hotel had a good location. Close to lots of things. Check in wasn't that bad, but I could tell that they did not have tons of experience checking in foreigners, but they ended up doing a good job and were nice and spoke decent English. The hotel is a bit old. The elevator is not great but not bad. The room reeked of cigarettes and it hit me like a ton of bricks as soon as I went in. Not really the staffs fault as I did get a good promo deal and it did say smoking allowed, so I guess I should have known and stayed away since I hate cigarettes. The room was decent. Shower and bed etc were good. The towels smelled big time like cigarettes. I am guessing that someone had used and then they did not wash them which skeeved me out a bit, or maybe they just absorbed the tons of smoke being blown around by previous guests. This used to be a Jinjiang, I could tell because there were still logos all over. WiFi was good, breakfast was pretty horrendous. At least the coffee was pretty good. I had a decent enough stay but I would not return. There are far better hotels around with a similar or even cheaper price point.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new. It has just opened. The service of the lady at the front desk is very good. The restaurant is being renovated and breakfast is not provided. The curtains on both sides of the room should be fixed. There is a little light leakage. There is a sound from the boiler or some electrical ventilation duct at night. I hope it can be improved.

AAnonymous UserThe location is OK, but the facilities are old. It takes more than ten minutes to drive to anywhere, and one kilometer to the subway. It is close to the road, and the soundproofing of the room is average, which needs to be improved.
