I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations. One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

The location is excellent, with train/metro stations, a convenience store, and a McDonald's all within walking distance. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and high-tech throughout, and boasts superb facilities and amenities. The breakfast is ok.

The hotel is very convenient for transportation. Wuxi North Station is nearby. Yinyue Lake Park and Yingbin Square Station of Metro Line 2 are both within a ten-minute walk. Jiuli Cang has a water curtain show at night, which is quite lively. Finding food is even easier. The service staff is very kind and polite, especially Miss Chen Lei at the front desk, who provided a lot of help when I checked in. The rooms are clean and comfortable, which is a good choice for vacation.

The room was clean and tidy, with soft pillows and cushions. It might have been recently renovated, as there was still a slight smell. Breakfast was decent, and the automatic flushing toilet was a nice touch. It would have been even better if disposable toilet seat covers were provided.

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable! But the bath water seems to be constant temperature, a little hot! There is a restaurant street around, a good place for late night snacks. Equipped with charging piles, no worries about tram travel!

The toilet space is too small, and it's a bit difficult for fat people to squat when using the toilet, but it doesn't affect the five points, otherwise the bad review will not affect the hotel The whole house is very intelligent at this price, and there is a place to drink tea on the balcony outside, which is quite a surprise I hope some things can be changed. At least I won't make mistakes when I stay here. It's good.

Hotels at this price cannot expect a rich gym equipment, but you only have four equipment, except for one treadmill, the other three are in a semi-damaged state, especially the sponge pad of the sit-up assistive device is falling off, which is simply outrageous. For hotels at this price, if you can't provide a gym, you can remove it. 6. Before going to bed, I always thought that the rumbling sound came from the exhaust fan, but I didn't expect that it came from the air conditioner after turning off the exhaust fan. Please use a decibel meter to test how much noise the air conditioner makes in the cooling mode with only the windshield! Except for the air conditioner noise problem, the above should not appear in a hotel that has only been opened for more than two months. Please check yourself!

The hotel is very close to the place where our children compete. The hotel room is really big, much bigger than other hotels of the same brand and level. The front desk service is warm and professional. The lobby environment is good with a sense of design. The hotel facilities are complete, including a swimming pool, a gym, and a laundry room. The swimming pool is owned by a third party, and it is very generous for the hotel to provide the use of the swimming pool. The room hygiene is also good, the bed is big, the ceiling is high, and it is not depressing. Although there are many people at breakfast, there are many varieties, and basically everything you want to eat is available. Finally, let’s talk about the price. This price is very cost-effective in this season.
