非常貼心，提供了寶寶牙刷拖鞋，還有小禮物，酒店還有機器人，寶寶特別喜歡，家庭套房設計蠻好的，要是有寶寶的玩具就更好了。

房間免費幫忙升級了，退房的時候忘記帶手機，酒店也很及時的幫忙找回了，服務真的沒得説，酒店旁邊就是地鐵口，到惠山古鎮和無錫站等都很方便，位置很便利

這家酒店值得稱讚，一進門就送上花茶，然後辦理入住手續，感覺挺好的！房間乾淨整潔！雖然臨街，房間睡眠時間非常安靜！晚上還送了牛奶🥛和蛋撻，真的太貼心了！
