We were upgraded to a very large room. The TV in the room changed channels very slowly. You had to swipe your room card to get into the elevator. Takeout can only be placed in the takeout cabinet downstairs. When checking out, I saw other people giving gifts when they checked out, but I don't know why. We didn't get any.
