您好 無錫君來世尊酒店是我目前住過最差的酒店
國內的五星酒店幾乎住遍了
所以對酒店擁有一定的判斷力
首先
酒店原本就是靠細節吃飯的
硬件陳舊老化 床品布草破爛不堪
十幾年不更換 循環使用
遠遠超越了使用週期
其次房間的隔音不好
噪音很大
隔壁刷房卡的聲音足以影響到我們休息
第三服務跟不上 問題得不到及時的解決
問題反饋了説商議給我處理結果
24小時都過去了我離店了還沒有回饋
打電話也是敷衍了事
最重要的在這裏 第四酒店的衞生
連最基本的衞生安全性都保障不了
管理層培訓監管查房各種不到位
你們工作細節的疏忽
沒有檢查水壺
提供給入住客人的水壺是煮中葯的
因為味道是無法用圖片來表達的
客房服務員過來 我讓她親自聞 她説對 是中葯味

君來世尊酒店環境優美，錫馬期間大堂經理王仲祥入住服務熱情，主動贈送能量包。有機會還會入住。
3月23日大巴送往馬拉松起點，馬拉松能量包很豐富，還有延時服務，跑馬回來還能洗澡休息一下

這次來無錫跑馬拉松，住世尊酒店體驗感非常好。早上5點多酒店就有車安排送到馬拉松起點，很多工作人員在大巴車前送選手上車，很有儀式感。酒店王仲詳經理在我入住就看到兩個箱子，主動送我們到房間，當我們退房拉了電腦在房間後，更是主動為我們聯繫快遞，感動。下次來無錫，一定再住世尊酒店。
