酒店位置非常好，位於大運河邊上，也是在無錫市中心，緊挨太湖廣場，離南長街也不遠，是旅遊度假的好去處，櫻花季的好住處。前台小何，服務態度好，非常熱情。

想看大運河，所以選擇了這家酒店，地段有點偏，離太湖廣場地鐵站差不多步行15分鐘的路程。步行到南長街半小時，打車十分鐘。酒店房間隔音效果很差，又遇到隔壁客人愛聊天説話，半夜三更不睡覺，嘰嘰喳喳的。酒店很多旅行團的客人，早餐也是亂哄哄的。第二天錯開時間還可以，餐食還不錯。前台和客房服務還不錯。

酒店非常好，房間面積很大，佈局合理，我們加了床，也不覺得擁擠，酒店很貼心，給我們多送了一份早餐，前台服務員素質很高，服務很周到，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺，早餐很豐富，旁邊是太湖廣場等商業圈，吃住行都很方便，下次還會光顧
