這個酒店也太棒了吧，有人會把你的行李箱送到房間，酒店硬件設施一流，衞生也很好，環境更不用説了，大堂超級大，還免費給我升級了房間

酒店大堂的服務還挺好、幫忙升級湖景房、房間挺好,有景開闊；早餐品種過得去，但服務很一般或不太好！首先工作人員少，餐枱墊布有時有點破舊，另外最讓人難受是負責幫客人燙麪燙青菜的女孩，不知是心情不好，心有怨氣或什麼原因，兩天吃早餐都感受到她的負能量、感覺沒好面色看，身體語言也是萬般的不情願，感覺一看到客人就煩，愛理不理！沒試過去一個五星級酒店用餐，能給一個職員賦予如此強烈的負能量感😅
餐廳座位逐一沒有配備餐具，衹在餐枱配一疊，自已拿；甚至衹配了筷子和紙巾，連刀叉也沒有；面對要用筷子吃西瓜切塊時才想起，哦，原來沒叉子，要另外去找；想坐的位置，地下有人打翻牛奶，見到一位男孩想讓他幫忙清潔一下，他麪露難色，讓我選擇別的座位。
餐廳的大廳裝修和設計還不錯，但桌椅偏普通，也有破舊現象，服務人員少，從服務的角度來講，感覺去了二、三流的餐廳，有點難受。
