首先設施老化，酒店設施明顯很陳舊，空調的製冷效果很差，wifi信號也不好，電視很多頻道都無法正常收看。服務生態度很冷淡，早餐的種類很少，不符合酒店價格標準，整體讓人感覺很失望。
