我和先生是中老年人，第一次獨立外出旅遊，出門前擔心自己安排不好影響心情。沒想到這次外出選擇的第一家酒店服務特別熱情、耐心。第一天來早了，未到入住時間又沒有空房，兩名服務員主動幫着收看行李，提供存儲衣物的袋子和空間，讓我們放心出去玩，讓我們覺得來了就選對酒店，心裏踏實。出行回來找不到回酒店的路，我們在酒店附近打轉轉，服務員小朱耐心指導並主動出門迎接。因為第一次外出沒經驗，我們訂的酒店位置影響第二天之後的行程，我申請取消後面的訂單，操作非常快捷，然後當晚值班的服務員小潘就幫我查看合適的住宿位置、價格合理的酒店，期間有好幾位顧客辦理入住、叫服務、諮詢問題，小潘沒有一絲不耐煩，對待每一位顧客都很耐心，得空還要細心幫我挑選合適的酒店，並一步步指導**作，直到讓我滿意。在此感謝小潘、小朱以及酒店所有服務人員。
除了服務滿分，酒店位置也不錯，到靈山勝境或拈花灣打車10多元搞定。另外，酒店乾淨、衞生、安靜、機器人送達臨時需要的物品…住宿體驗感不錯。
