房間有些老了，設施很一般。但前台的服務還是挺不錯的，附近有江南大學，但是現在學校已經不讓進了，如果是去跑馬拉松的話會是一個不錯的選擇。

看網上評分和首頁圖片預訂的，其他都滿意，就是圖片的房間很大，實際入住才發現房間非常小。同一個房型的圖片第一張超大，直接就定了，後頭翻看圖片才發現後面的圖片就是實景小房型的圖片了有點被欺騙的感覺，而且節假日的放假幾乎翻倍了。

江南大學的御用酒店，大學味十足，孩子在這裏上學，環境無敵，早上起來空氣清新，酒店設施齊全，很方便出行。

房間大，環境好，服務、衞生中規中矩，設施有些陳舊，最大問題是交通，周邊沒什麼服務場所。優點缺點都是因為它依託大學。但總體評價還是好的，性價比高，環境安靜，特別適合一個人獨自旅行，推薦不踩坑
