晚上很晚才到酒店，Kristen幫我辦理入住時非常的迅速，給我安排的房間我也是比較滿意的，值班經理Franklin也也是很及時詢問入住體驗，還送到了電梯口，酒店附近交通也很便利，離車站也很近，酒店設備都挺齊全，如果有機會下次還會再來光顧的

大堂映入眼簾的是波光粼粼的聖誕樹裝飾的很有氛圍感，music很好聽香氛好像有點淡，辦理入住的時候Kevin和torison協同辦理經過簡短的交流很快抓住了我的點，打動我的不是房間的優先安排而是會提前致電問候需求，有求必應非常高效率的解決問題，Kevin温文爾雅很專業的介紹了酒店的營業點和推薦了周邊的美食，torison陪同電梯口特別細心，第二天退房的時候前台小姐姐Sarah很温馨的問候我的入住體驗，笑容很燦爛温柔細膩特別禮貌，幫我開了發票感謝禮賓部小夥解決了我的車輛充電問題幫我送了外賣真的面面俱到服務一流在無錫這座城市來説充滿了温暖

新的酒店環境還可以，本人喜歡新的，服務員態度挺好，因為孩子喜歡浴缸，挑了個有浴缸的，床品一般吧，
優點：最驚艷的可能是有個戴森吹風機
不足：1⃣️帶2孩子床不能並起來是個bug，（我挑的2個1.2米床），挑大床房2大2小有點擠，
2⃣️其他的浴缸上的浴簾半天才找到按鈕🔘，標識不清，房間裏有浴缸，一次性浴缸套不好弄，老滑脱
3⃣️這麼貴的酒店，竟然不是智能馬桶
4⃣️窗外風景是工地，位置有點偏
5⃣️最吐槽的叫的外賣還得自己下樓拿，真無語
總結：性價比真的不高。
6⃣️早餐服務態度很好，但是相對揚州好點的酒店選擇性真的不多，菜品比較少，對不起這個價格

這家是個新酒店，一到酒店發現聖誕氣息撲面而來。環境很好，周圍很安靜，附近設施有點少，不過打車還算方便。經理Xandy很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想。非常滿意的一次入住體驗！在這家酒店住宿讓我感受到了家的温馨，床鋪舒適，用品貼心，服務細緻入微，是出差和旅行的理想下榻之處。

📍位置絕佳，毗鄰太湖，晨起就能賞湖光山色，周邊交通也便利，離熱門景點都不遠，遊玩超方便。
🏨大堂設計感十足，水晶吊燈璀璨奪目，空間開闊又大氣。房間更是驚艷，全景落地窗🪟將太湖美景或城市風光盡收眼底，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。浴室乾濕分離，備品高級，還有大浴缸🛁，泡走疲憊。
🍽餐飲豐富，自助早餐種類多到挑花眼，從西式麪包到中式熱粥，新鮮又美味。中餐廳菜品精緻，太湖三白做得那叫一個鮮👍，脣齒留香。
💁♂️服務更是沒得説，從進門len幫忙拿行李熱情的問候，到入住期間Katherine貼心的需求滿足，都讓人如沐春風。無論是遊玩建議還是額外用品需求，工作人員都高效搞定。
