衞生不好，半夜2點多還有人來踹門，4點多有人一直輸密碼開門，沒有前台，給客服打很多次電話，都沒有人接，按金也是平台幫忙打電話，後來才退的

我的按金已經十幾天了，多次打電話處理，到現在還沒有退還，不理解也不尊重，屬於惡意扣押了吧，欺負外地人，床單上很難聞，也很舊，連沐浴露洗髮水基本的東西也沒有#房東不回消息 #房間有異味
