The room is spacious, cosy and clean. Equipped with toiletries and the location is really near to all the scenic spots as well as eateries and supermarket. Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast has vegetarian options. No escalator but is still fine for us.

Comfortable hotel in a convenient location for touring Wutaishan. The staff made the stay especially welcoming with considerate, courteous and helpful service.

I'm a Ctrip v5 member. I've never stayed in such a rubbish Starway hotel. The corners are damaged and moldy, the toilet is broken, the shower is broken, and the breakfast plates are not cleaned.

I have always trusted Huazhu hotels, but except for Starway in all regions, my experience with Starway has been very bad, and this time was the worst. All the facilities are old and even broken. The sanitary conditions are also worrying. I got ringworm when I came back. There is no service and the lobby is dim. I spent a lot of money but got a very bad experience, very disappointed!

The room was clean, the service was satisfactory, and the location was excellent as the starting point for the pilgrimage. After breakfast at 7 o'clock in the morning, I set off for Wuye Temple. It was very convenient to take the bus diagonally opposite. I got off in the central area to go to Wuye Temple. After the worship, the front desk took the initiative to bring hot tea. It was really considerate and thoughtful service!

The environment is good, the Zen room is very artistic. Slept very comfortably. The water is a bit cold, so those who like to take a bath with hot water should not do so to avoid catching a cold.

Avoid lightning! It was a very bad experience. It is more like a slum than a hotel. It is actually a Starway Hotel which is a B&B franchise. I don't know how it got so many five-star reviews. There are three floors in total and no elevator. You have to carry all the bags up by yourself. As soon as you enter the door, a strong sour smell hits you in the face. The interior furnishings are also very simple. There is a pool of unknown liquid next to the small coffee table that has not been cleaned up. The most amazing thing is the ingenious design of the bathroom. My God~ The floor drain in the bathroom that I looked at for a long time but didn't find was actually installed outside. It has to wait until all the water overflows before it can drain. As a result, the floor drain didn't absorb much water in the end, and it all overflowed to other places. The designer is suspected to be a fake person. The bathroom is also as small as a **. When taking a shower, turning left will hit the glass, turning right will hit the shower switch, and you will bump into it accidentally. I hurt my arm after taking a shower. I didn't feel anything before taking a shower, but after taking a shower, I obviously felt that the room was very stuffy, and it was only this floor that was stuffy. Other floors were very cool. I could obviously feel a little cool when I went down to the corridor on the second floor. That would be fine, but it turns out there isn’t even an air conditioner. Shouldn’t air conditioning be a standard feature of a hotel? The top of Mount Wutai is very cool, 23 degrees outside and 30 degrees inside the hotel room. I spent the whole night relying on a broken electric fan on the windowsill in the hope of getting some cool air from outside, but it was still better than nothing. I kept rattling by heavy trucks with the windows open all night. I managed to get through the two hours of sleep in a daze. It would be more comfortable to move a mattress out and sleep on the street than to stay in this slum hotel. This is not my first time to Mount Wutai, and there is a direct highway to Mount Wutai. I don't understand why this room, which costs only 600 to 700 yuan a night and has no air conditioning or TV and does not include breakfast, is worth the price. Does coming to Mount Wutai necessarily mean going through hardships and tempering one's character? Or are they cutting out air conditioning, television, and breakfast in the name of meditation, just to make a little more dirty money? If possible, it's not worth giving a single point rating!

I booked a double tatami room and arrived yesterday at noon. I knew I was very satisfied as soon as I opened the door. The sunlight was very good, the decoration was very quiet, and the floor heating was also very comfortable. Twenty-four-hour hot water and good sound insulation. There were three of us, and they gave us an extra breakfast. I didn't eat it because I was going to Wuye Temple on an empty stomach, but I still felt it was thoughtful. In short, it is a very satisfactory hotel, recommended ~

The hotel is in a good location. The free No. 8 bus runs every 2 minutes at Youyi Road Station at the door. It is only two stops away from the central area and can be reached on foot. Even if you go to a temple further away, you don't need to transfer. There are two buses on both sides of the hotel entrance. It is a restaurant run by locals, and the hotel also provides breakfast. The hotel is right on the road, opposite the mountains. The service is also very attentive, and the environment is clean and tidy. The only regret is that the shower facilities should be updated.

The hotel facilities are old. The whole corridor smells like the cafeteria. It's not the smell of cooking, but the smell of old grease in the cafeteria. The sewer smells bad in the room. The tatami and sofa are very dirty. The shower head fixing seat is broken and can't be stuck at all. The hot water doesn't flush and it's not very hot even when it's turned on to the end. The projector remote control battery is dead. The breakfast is not delicious. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in under Huazhu Club. So I really can't give a good review. Good place, convenient parking. Although there is no air conditioning in the house, the floor heating makes the room very warm, and it is not cold even if you don't cover yourself with a quilt at night. The service attitude of the staff is very good, positive and enthusiastic, and responsive. I bought two breakfasts, and the waiter saw that there were three of us and gave us one breakfast for free. Thank you very much.

The counter staff was very polite. Both boys and girls handled the business with a smile and helped buy snacks, which made us have a very happy accommodation experience. The location is very convenient for eating, shopping and taking the bus. I will choose to stay here again when I visit Wutai Mountain next time.
