鐵山賓館一如既往的滿意，工作人員更是彬彬有禮，我們晚上回到酒店，在走廊碰到客房服務員都會主動問好，還給礦泉水，驚艷到了！看得出酒店一定是對員工專業的培訓過，服務意識真的很好！

酒店環境簡直絕了，公園式酒店，空氣特別好，能在城區有這環境的酒店，就算多花幾百也值得的。更何況衹要200多塊。酒店工作人員服務態度也特別好

房間還行，因為帶孩子出行，看評論説老樓太舊，多花點錢訂了較新的松苑，衞生還行，服務也還行，唯一不開心的是早餐，酒店送兩人早餐，一人入住帶兩娃，兩孩子早餐一般很少吃，一般酒店都會贈送一個或者基本不管的，這裏倒好，不加錢不讓進的。國家都在鼓勵生育，酒店一點格局也沒有，夫婦帶孩子住的，身高超一點，都得加錢買早餐 不是多少錢的問題，就是態度很豪橫 很少見。

房間還可以，老賓館了也不指往太多要求，可以接受，但問題是酒店沒有任何服務，提着箱子走十多級樓梯進大堂，登記入住自己找房間，在煙嵐樓要上去很高山坡才能到達房間，我70多歲長者上山坡己經累了還要拖個行李箱，到了煙嵐樓又要爬樓梯上2樓，有工作人員看到當看不見，也不會幫手。早知此房間在山上我就不會預訂此房，酒店也不註明此房型在山坡上要爬山，讓遊客可以知道有選擇，所以酒店服務很差。
