預訂的煙嵐樓沒有房間，臨時調整了松苑，因房間朝北，面朝山體房間採光黑乎乎，所以提出調整房間，需要朝南方向的房間，松苑26號上午在前台值班的男性工作人員（估計是主管類的），大聲説：如果不住，千萬不要用房間裏的東西！這樣的一句吆喝，呵呵。。。。請問這位前台服務員，你把顧客看成什麼樣的人？你是誰？你在幹什麼工作？從事服務的職業度，專業度在哪裡？因為任何有專業的服務行業人員是不會對客人這麼説話的。風景再好，服務人員素質不好，那是沒有競爭力的。為什麼要到鐵山賓館來住？一定風景好，賓至如歸的感覺才是正常。搞清楚服務業的工作本質是必須的。既然在平台上有出售房間，請把服務力提升到蕪湖酒店業的基本水平。現在是2025年，服務業還能發生這樣的事情，很可笑！
