交通方便，離地鐵站很近。服務周到，讓人感到非常舒適，環境乾淨整潔，房間設備齊全，有一次性馬桶墊，有早餐。

最最最最不滿意的就是！→這個酒店服務態度太差了！！愛答不理的，退房的時候晚了幾分鐘還要我們付錢…晚了兩分鐘的時候就讓我們交房卡，最後去收東西都是摸黑進去[發怒][發怒]
→房間也很舊，特別不隔音，早上很早就被吵醒了[困]，外面有人過去都聽得一清二楚，窗户沒有防盜窗，電視超級小，地板發黴
→房間總是一股煙味，好久都散不掉。。。
→洗衣房倒是有，結果沒有洗衣液，太離譜了，洗衣機也很臟•ᴗ•💧[吐]吹風機風力太小了，根本吹不幹，
再也不住了！！前台幾個阿姨態度差的要命

前台欺客，訂的悦選，前台給開的優享，沒看到小冰箱，乳膠枕，被子也不對，房間大小窗户很明顯看出來不對。
