房間很乾凈，前台服務熱心真誠，有自助洗衣服務，早餐豐盛美味，物美價廉，發生了一件趣事，箱子鎖住了，前台給找來了各種工具助我打開箱子，後來我又買了新箱子，拆完快遞手機就落在了快遞間，又被前台撿到了並通知我，才能使得我的旅途繼續下去，非常感謝這酒店裡的每一位工作人員。此外，方特很好玩

房間蚊子多，蚊香沒有用，半夜被整醒了3次；一樓大廳遍地都是蟲子，工作人員説沒辦法；第二天假惺惺送水果，番茄都長毛了，估計酒店工作人員喜歡吃帶毛的；第一次遇到這麼爛的。

服務員真的是離譜，入駐非得要什麼掃碼，拒絕兩回還不停的要掃，離店更離譜我是全季鉑金會員12點之後退房要加錢，沒有一家説要加錢，不給延遲就算了打電話來，我讓把箱子拿下來，我回來就退房就行。回來之後又説給我延遲退房了。箱子又不拿下來，有這樣的服務的嗎？全國體驗感最差的一家全季
