I had to swipe the card when I washed and dried clothes, went downstairs to get something I bought, and took something out of the car. It was really annoying. Every time there was someone at the front desk asking questions, there were too many people at the elevator door. When the elevator arrived, the front desk was still busy serving guests. When I was done, the elevator was gone. It was a really bad experience. Later, I couldn't do laundry or go back to the room, so I had to take the stairs. It really ruined my impression.
