國慶節前和閨蜜決定帶娃在周邊找地方休息兩天，從小h書上搜到這個酒店環境和評價都不錯就訂了，因為是三家人帶娃出遊，所以訂的兩間套房，整個入住體驗怎麼説呢，沒有達到預期。 ✅首先説下優點： 1.整個酒店所處的環境不錯，像在個小山凹裏，遠離城市很安靜； 2.服務很好很積極，訂房的時候是晚上11點左右了，訂完房和酒店聯繫後管家立馬建了入住微信羣，把相關訊息及時發到羣裏； 3.洗護用品不錯，辦理入住時提供了四套洗護用品共選擇，選了兩套自己喜歡的味道。入住後房間裏的帕爾馬香水免費使用，女生應該很喜歡。 ❌接下來説下槽點： 1.洗手間的反味簡直了，兩個套房都很臭，主卧的洗手間根本就沒法進去，一直把洗手間的門關着卧室裏還是很臭，因為入住的兩天天陰下雨，本打算在酒店睡睡覺泡泡澡的，結果臭的房間根本沒法待，我是一晚上臭的基本沒睡，寶寶也一直哼哼唧唧翻來覆去，這是最無法接受的！ 2.大床竟然是兩個席夢思拼的...房間介紹寫的是“2米特大床”，實際是兩個床拼的，中間有個凹槽，我們都是帶娃睡覺的，娃睡在中間真的很難受，這個體驗也是完全和酒店定位不符的。 3.晚飯點的雞米花是生的，因為有三個小朋友，晚餐我們點了酒店的餐送到房間吃，結果雞米花沒炸熟，還好大人先發現了沒有被小朋友誤食，不然後果不堪設想。 4.入住時兩個房間的床都還沒鋪.... 我們是下午14:30左右辦的入住，比規定的入住時間還晚了半小時，結果到三點多才有人來鋪床，影響休息。 5.餐廳的餐具洗的確實不太乾淨，下午茶有很多蒼蠅… 6.沒有無障礙通道，嬰兒車輪椅之類的推起來很不方便。 最後，酒店的前台、服務員態度都很好，廁所反味情況反應後，立馬安排人來看了也點了線香，雖然確實解決不了實質問題，但是最起碼態度很好。得知雞米花是生的後，餐廳小哥也來道歉，送了其他吃的，雖然東西不是他們做的，不是他們的責任，但也一直在向我們道歉。 總之這次帶娃入住的體驗感很一般，雖然前台和服務員的態度很好，但是幾個問題確實是需要管理層去解決的。尤其真的真的希望下水問題和大床問題好好解決一下吧，不然實在對不起這個定位……
