Only one out of the two lift is working, and the reception is on the 56th fllor and the room is on the 55th floor. It took too long just to get to the room. And the cleaning service did not manage to clean the washroom very clean. There were hairs on the drainage and also near the entrance door to the room. Overall, the room is clean.
