從入住到離店前都是對酒店充滿好感的，管家服務是現在的酒店行業的趨勢且是一個亮點，有問題會及時響應，且我自己也是做酒店的，深知酒店行業的不容易。酒店的裝修設施衞生服務都是對得起這個價格的，早餐也很不錯，品類多，花樣多。 但是，離店前，去酒店配套的粵菜餐廳吃飯，讓我感到驚愕，當時準備在房間內點餐，就讓前台給我發了一個菜單，我大概看了一下，想了一下還是決定去餐廳吃，不麻煩管家來送回頭又來收拾。去了餐廳後明顯感覺兩個菜單價位不一樣，同一樣菜品之間都是有價差的，這是那個環節出了問題？當然了不吹不黑，菜味道是很頂的！尤其是玻璃乳鴿，非常好吃！ 店內如果是有服務費或者其他的費用，應該額外註明，而非直接加到菜單價內，同行的女士很生氣，認為這是宰客行為，不管是店內客人還是店外客人都應該一視同仁，並且打算投訴到物價局，且打算直接給最低0.5，我想都是酒店不容易，客觀一點給一個4分，相較於現有的3.8也不算拉低評分，當然了，我們發現問題後當班的經理及運營經理都有過來道歉及反思問題，並提出免單，我們當然不需要免單，不然成了騙吃騙喝的人，這條評論也算是一個忠告，認真對待客户才會收貨客户的忠誠和友誼！

Passing through Wuhan, I took a short break near Hankou Railway Station and chose Qingmo Hotel. The location is very good, very close to Hankou Railway Station, and it is very convenient to eat and drink around. It is also close to the subway entrance. The room facilities are all available. It is free. Parking, laundry service, very good, recommended 🌹

The hotel is in a great location near the CBD, and is in a little gated community of sorts with other hotels. True to its name, the hotel is in an apartment building, with reception on the 30th floor. The reception was very friendly and professional. The rooms have stunning views of the city, skyline and highway roads, perfect for Instagram! The rooms are very big as well, with a sofa, TV and voice activated lights and curtains. The bathroom has a remote controlled toilet, and is large and clean as well. Amenities include a fantastic Western/Chinese style buffet breakfast for extra. The chefs will also make you fresh dumplings/wontons/noodles on request! Also includes laundry with washing machines and dryers. Has a ”gym” which only includes treadmills, a cable machine, dumbbells and benches which is the bare necessities. For the price, it's incredible value. Stayed here twice on one trip

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. This brand new hotel is conveniently located near the Hankou railway station and metro. To my surprise, front desk sent me complementary fruit plate and snacks during my stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Hakou.
