Stayed for two days in a row, and extended my stay for 3 hours on the last day, and was charged half of the room rate. The extended room rate was charged but the room card was not refreshed, so I couldn't enter the room. The aunt helped me open the room, but the front desk didn't give any explanation. Moreover, there was no water or cleaning for the extended stay. He insisted on charging 4 hours for the extended stay, and half of the room rate was more than 300 yuan... It's so expensive, but the service is not good, which is a bit outrageous. The toilet paper they gave was a roll that was soaked in water...
