First time staying in this hotel. The entrance is not very high-profile. The service staff at check-in were very polite and efficient. After entering the room, I found that the room was very new and modern in design. Very comfortable. There are beer and soda in the refrigerator, which can be used for free, great 👍🏻 Next door is K11, where you can find delicious restaurants and bakeries. Great hotel, will stay again.

Very pleased with our choice of this hotel. Beautifully decorated and perfect for photos everywhere. Even thought the front yard was a flower shop. Nice smell throughout the hotel. Room is spacious and well set up. Smart Control made things even easier. Glad that the bedroom lighting control is separate from the wash up area. Large window and large TV! Staff are all very polite. Expect them to greet you anywhere. Interesting to see a service robot riding the lift and running up and down the corridor. We haven’t tried the free laundry service but we found two arcade games in that area.  Highly recommend
