Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

My son asked for a room overlooking the terminal, and Kenneth patiently helped us arrange it, even providing an upgrade. We were very pleased with the room. After we checked out, Allie called to inquire about our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied. The only minor drawback was the pillows; they were too soft and lacked support, making them uncomfortable. It might be worth considering an upgrade for them. There's a shuttle bus service between T2 and T3, which costs 5 RMB per person. However, complimentary vouchers can be collected at the front desk upon check-out. Additionally, the hotel offers exclusive security vouchers, granting access to the first-class security lane.

I sent a circle of friends, and my friends and colleagues asked me for the address and price. On the day of check-in, I just caught up with a heavy rain for two consecutive days. I didn't go shopping or play anywhere. I took a few photos along the road. The environment is still very good. There is a butler pick-up and drop-off, and overall the service is in place. The indoor heating is very sufficient, the soup is not open yet, and parking is free.

Hotel is about 20 mins walk from subway station. Suggest to take taxi to arrive hotel from airport or from train stations. Nice supermarket next door for drinks, snack and necessities. Hotel cafe only opens for breakfast. Chinese restaurant opens for lunch and dinner and the food is delicious. Only one Chinese restaurant within 100m from hotel. If not, you need to walk to a shopping mall which takes about 20 mins to find eateries.

Every room has a private soup, which is very good, you can not go to the hotel's hot springs. But I want to say that Trip.com There is a disadvantage that skiing and hot springs are placed separately (how to say, buying skiing and hot springs on other platforms is one of the two, but Trip.com buying skiing is skiing, hot springs are hot springs, separate operation, and follow-up can not contact the hotel to replace) Invoicing is not on the platform. The invoicing information submitted so far has not issued the ticket. Many things can be seen that the staff is not efficient. Maybe the newly opened hotel is not well trained or not enough staff.

The environment is very good, the room is cleaned very clean, the bedding is comfortable, the equipment is very new and smart; the location is a little distance from the subway station, the surrounding scenic spots are relatively close, walking can be. The sound insulation effect is OK, that is, the sink is separated from wet and dry. If you use this pool upstairs, it is still the impact of how much sound. Generally speaking, it is good!

The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was quite large and well-equipped, but the quilt, if worn, should be replaced. It wasn't as noisy as I'd expected (it's located on the riverside road). The floor was quite low, and the view... was okay during the day. It was pretty shabby at night. They could have offered a cocktail upstairs, though, which was fine.

Air conditioner was great Spent a few nights here and everything met expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you'd expect from a hotel in this category. Location worked well for our needs, and the staff was helpful when we interacted with them. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Nothing extraordinary but no real complaints either. Would consider staying here again if in the area
