Great location, affordable price, large room with sofa and working desk. Room cleaning is done promptly. Front desk is efficient. Would stay here again. Construction is going on in front of hotel, but the noise doesn't reach my room. Remote volume button doesn't seem to work.

Stayed here for a few days during the Mid-Autumn Festival, traveling with my kids. After comparing many hotels, I finally chose the Hilton Hotel which is very close to Hankou Station. The room is large and clean, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The service of the brand hotel is still as good as always, especially the front desk staff July and Maura are very considerate, and gave us moon cakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival, which made me, a foreigner, feel like I'm back home. The hotel gym has a lot of equipment, not only treadmills, but also dumbbells and other equipment, and free mineral water. It was a really good experience.

The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation, close to Hankou Railway Station. The room facilities are relatively complete. The 2.4-meter big bed is made of two 1.2-meter single beds, and they are not yet assembled. The bedside table is almost touching the ground, which is extremely inconvenient to use. After booking, I saw the hotel reminder that it is a bit noisy near the Second Ring Road (mainly because the sound insulation of the windows is poor). The hotel prepared earplugs, but it turned out that the earplugs were not disposable, used, and very dirty. It is said that the lack of hardware is compensated by service, but it seems that there is no such thing. I found an apology letter on the table. The water in the shower room has not been restored to the handheld shower, and the whole thing is cold. It was late at night when I arrived at the hotel. The check-in brother helped others enter the license plate number several times, which was very slow and without any expression. I don’t usually complain about hotels, but as a review expert, I must be realistic and give an objective evaluation. I hope that the hotel can make up for the hotel’s shortcomings as much as possible from the service. The buffet breakfast category and taste are pretty good.

The room space is okay, the location is excellent, there are many restaurants nearby, and it's not far from the subway, so it's convenient to travel. For those who stayed at night, Aunt Xu also gave us drinking water and snacks.

The room is large, very quiet, and well ventilated. The desk and smart lighting in the room are very practical, clean, and the YOYO service at the front desk is also very good. Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay.

Passing by in transit, I was thinking of booking a hotel close to the airport, but I found the Treasure Hotel unexpectedly! The plane arrived at the hotel late at around 1:00 am, and the milk that the baby needed was not available. The young lady in the hotel gave us her own milk, which relieved the urgent need, and later gave us a breakfast [爱心][爱心] best Most importantly, the room was amazing! Love begins at the gate! The cartoon sign on the door, the baby cheers when the door is opened, all kinds of dolls, small tents, cartoon decorations on the wall, baby bathrobes, pajamas, children's teeth brushing cups, footstools, toilet seats, and smart Xiaodu! The baby was so excited that he didn’t want to leave the next morning [cover face] The waiter in the restaurant was kind and encouraged the baby to eat well [Strong] The baby’s careless grandpa left the string in the hotel, and the hotel contacted us and delivered it for us Send it back, and finally, the hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service, which is not too convenient! Front desk service was exceptional. I found out the bathroom didn’t work properly when I checked in, they immediately changed the room for me. On the day after I checked out and was on the train to another city, I realized that I accidentally left my two cellphone chargers in the hotel room. I called the front desk. They located the chargers right away and sent them to me via expedited express delivery before I left China. I am very appreciative and impressed about theirs efficiency and great customer services. In addition, the hotel offers very good free breakfast with varieties and bottled water daily to give a good start of the day. The hotel location is also great and very convenient as well. I’d love to come back to stay in this hotel again.

Great location, a walking distance to the subway. Close to jiedaokou area. Great personal, they have this free service coffee bar at the lobby. Overall great experience.

A truly great hotel! The staff was very helpfull and one of the very few places that had english speakers (for us europeans this is quite a big deal here). The breakfast was very good, lots to chose from. The room was tidy, cozy and clean. The locations was just perfect! Near everything and very walkable, at least for us. This is the hotel to stay at!

The staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The premises were kept in tip top condition and spotless, a feeling of brand new. The hotel lobby was simply magnificent. Made me felt like a VIP. The breakfast at the revolving restaurant was without question superb - wide range of Chinese, Western and local specialities. The Metro station entrance was only 5 minutes walk. Between the station and the hotel were full of eateries, convenient stores and flowers shops. This hotel is highly recommended. My wife and I had a lovely time. See Yem Kan
