前台小吳服務熱情周到，到店後還幫忙升級了房間。房間內乾淨整潔裏面還有小冰箱存放着冰水，蘇打水和可樂等免費飲品，外賣是用機器人送到房間的，非常方便。早上的早餐很有湖北特色有熱乾麪、牛肉麪之類的早餐，味道做的很好。大廳設施設備很齊全，有音樂及熱飲。園林景區很多綠植，風景很好。是一次很好的入住體驗。
