東湖賓館作為國賓館，服務和環境真是沒得説。服務人員熱情而且耐心，遠超我的預期。尤其是提前購買了消費券，價格也很親民，是一個非常不錯的選擇。
我居住的時間正趕上三八女神節，服務人員還專門送上了鮮花和禮品，讓我感受到無比的温暖和貼心。
而且東湖賓館離湖北省博物館很近，離漢街也很近，地理位置優越。下次到武漢我還會選擇這裏。

酒店有一定歷史了，設施保護還算不錯的，酒店環境是真不錯，服務也很好（房務部的寧誠佳服務又好又機靈）。國賓館到底是有國賓館的樣子，推薦入住。

帶家人朋友來武漢賞櫻，選擇東湖賓館真是太明智了，如此美好的環境很適合一家老小，房間乾淨整潔，價格也優惠。因寶寶太小需要午睡，和前台溝通後，馬姍經理非常有愛心的給我協調了延遲一小時退房，內心很温暖，服務很靈活！以後來武漢還會選擇東湖賓館！

Every time I come to Wuhan, I will choose a place to stay. I have stayed at Tingtao No. 2 and Nanshan Yisuo. The environment is very quiet. The hotel is located on the bank of East Lake. You can enjoy the lake view from the balcony of the room. The staff is friendly. The room manager Li Zuoqun is very responsible. I sent him a message before going out in the morning, and he helped me to book a shuttle bus in time. If there are any questions or things I need, he can reply and send them in time. He can respond to guests' needs in time, which is very competent!
A small suggestion is that I hope to add a small table for mobile phones in the bathroom of Nanshan Yisuo room, otherwise there is really no place to put the mobile phone.
