本次商務出差總共預訂了好幾間房，客觀的説，體驗非常差。這家酒店生意好的原因無非就兩點：偉人加持+處在東湖景區。然而酒店運營並沒有充分利用這兩個優勢，給人就是“恃寵而驕，倚老賣老”的感受，酒店終究是酒店，衹有入住舒服，睡得好，服務好，才能有好的體驗感。起步價700一晚不算貴但也不算便宜，幾個點都讓人很失望：
1.衞生一般。洗澡的時候水流得衞生間到處都是，在水裡洗漱，房間地毯臟臟的。
2.設施陳舊。枱燈接觸不良，房間開關不清不楚，馬桶沖不乾淨。
3.服務態度差。14:40才入住，説房間還在檢查，衞生紙都沒裝，然而給退房的顧客説12：00必須離開，時間不夠麼？管理人員全程馬臉溝通。聽得最多的就是“不行”，這也不行那也不行，想在前台拿瓶水也不行，還房卡也不能拿給其他服務員，衹能固定，這不是一個高檔酒店應有的態度。
跟峨眉山同樣是偉人住過的紅珠山賓館比起來一個天上一個地下。經營人員好好思考一下吧，現在生意好不代表會一直好。

This is a hotel with a lot of history. Chairman Mao stayed there 48 times. He stayed at Nanshan B Building. Next to it is Nanshan A Building where the Chairman stayed. Many leaders have stayed at B Building. The room was very clean. I thought the room was small, but it was actually OK. There were just a few charging plugs. I hope to stay a few more nights if I have more time.
