我一家三口，在東湖賓館預訂了兩間房，一間是聽濤雙床雙早643/間，另外一間是南山乙的單早單早是688元/間。訂房就想訂東湖賓館，當時沒注意細節。更沒注意到訂的是不同樓棟的房間。入住前發現了不同樓棟，一家三口住不方便，就電話酒店，就説一家人想住一棟樓，接電話的二話沒説，直接給把我們全家都降級到聽濤了、也沒退錢、也沒解釋。
我覺得以後是不是要問一句客人，直接給降級是不是不合適啊？也沒給退錢？
