酒店老闆態度惡劣，我在平台上訂的房間，到了酒店老闆一副不高興的樣子問我在哪個平台上下的訂單，老闆説平台抽點很高。讓我重新付款讓平台退單，晚上八點鐘了也沒考慮那麼多就直接平台申請退款，由於平台沒退，我問老闆退不了，老闆説我在平台上的訂單房間沒有窗，要不我退給你119元另外又扣我20元錢，不是錢的問題，然後我老婆給酒店説不要這間房，就要平台上下單的房間，老闆態度非常強硬説不跟女的説話，説平台就是坑我們下單的錢，那麼請問平台坑我們消費者的錢，酒店為什麼要把酒店展示在平台上面接單？這家酒店老闆真的是服務態度太差了。希望老闆三思改進一下你的態度

網上訂的商務大床房，開的房間與實際不符，老闆要額外交錢才換房間，態度很差勁，還不給退房退錢，協商不了，直接沒住了，錢給老闆他家買葯💊吃，呵呵，玩不起別掛平台，各位謹慎入住！
