酒店停電了 居然沒有備用電 最主要是沒有工作人員告知下什麼情況 手機給酒店打電話 打通了就是不接電話 帶着孩子拿着那麼重的行李從10樓爬下來 最後前台一句話不説就説停電了 沒有辦法？？？不告知就算了 沒有一句歉意 像是我來受罪一樣 誰還敢住

續房了，續房時強調了沙發和椅子很臟要注意打掃，實際阿姨過來時未打掃，續房後，牙膏拖鞋等一次性洗漱用品不補充，中午沒有自來水熱水使用，放了好久水也是涼的，外賣都是外賣員自己送上來（點了3次）3次都是外賣員送的，點了客房送物也是人工送到的，但是酒店有機器人
