房間正對床的牆上有小孔且有兩三個，是我退房前發現的，沒想到瑞華也會有這樣的安全隱患。再一個就是洗護用品整體有待提升，特別是梳子牙膏很不好。本地人出門放鬆一下，此次並沒有感到很滿意。

這次入住體驗遠超預期！管家小黑貼心！！酒店位置絕佳，出門就是地鐵口，周邊商場餐廳一應俱全，無論是出差還是旅遊都超方便。房間乾淨整潔得讓人驚喜，床品柔軟舒適，一躺下就徹底放鬆了。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水充足，洗漱用品品質不錯，細節處透着用心。

個人認為這是當地最好的酒店了，真的非常棒。酒店裝修非常豪華大氣，古典元素風格隨處可見，進入大廳，首先映入眼簾的就是超級大的壁畫，非常奢華，其次就是鮮花的裝飾非常好看，大廳超大，而且員工服務那是相當熱情。剛進入酒店就有工作人員主動指引問好，帶我去前台辦理入住，幫我拿行李，前台微笑服務，很熱心還很耐心細心給我介紹了一下酒店設施設備，幫我安排了安靜景色好的房間，還會幫你推薦周邊好玩的地方，看到我帶了小朋友還會主動給我準備小童洗漱用品，小巧可愛，房間很大很寬敞，每個房間都有大落地窗，床很舒服，床墊很厚，房間衞生很好，很乾凈，客房大姐打掃的很細緻。房間配有加濕器，休息的很舒適。房間內裝修也相當豪華，還有大浴缸可以泡澡，旁邊還放着泡澡袋，細節滿滿，入住酒店可以免費停車，地庫停車場很方便，有電梯可以直達樓層房間，酒店出門也有地鐵站，去哪裡都非常方便，出門步行可以去旁邊的SKP，吃喝玩樂都很方便，周邊好吃的餐廳很多，有一家燒烤店味道很不錯，旁邊的一家餐館也很好，味道很正宗，很有特色。酒店配有恆温泳池和健身房，環境舒適，器材齊全，教練員都非常熱情，會主動幫助你糾正訓練姿勢，很有服務熱點，這裏的服務生都很熱情專業，尤其是Elvis的服務專業，點外賣還能送到房間，非常方便。酒店一樓的早餐也不錯，種類繁多，可以吃的美食太多了，真的是非常豐富，性價比很高。
