在武漢選擇住了幾天萬達瑞華，酒店這麼多年還是很好，雖然算老了，但設施完備，養護挺到位，住的蠻舒適的，酒店管家小俊很熱情禮貌，服務意識都不錯，有求必應！

感覺很好的酒店，服務一直很不錯，服務人員都很熱情，主動問好，主動幫忙解決問題，門口禮賓部的小夥子會主動幫客户拿行李，碰到的客房大姐和餐廳服務人員也都很好，服務意識不錯，這一點是最棒的。房間乾淨，衞生，空間很寬敞，設施設備都維護的不錯，備品也很齊全。特別表揚管家小倩，服務非常熱情，在住期間給予了很多的幫助。
