首先酒店的服務特別好！工作人員很熱情周到，早餐很好吃，而且早餐廳在17樓是落地窗可以看到黃鶴樓，邊吃早餐邊看風景很舒服。酒店離黃鶴樓和武漢長江大橋、輪渡中華路1號碼頭都很近，交通方便彭劉楊地鐵站出來就到了很方便！附近可以去户部巷小吃街，户部巷那裡面有個鬥級營，露天有唱歌的可以聽一聽，晚上可以去看長江大橋夜景，也可以坐豪華遊輪遊江~~~還可以去大成路夜市有很多好吃的小吃，去哪裡都很方便，不得不説前台太有禮貌啦，熱情打招呼，很好的一次入住！

酒店設施、衞生條件、環境和服務質量都很好。特別是前台的服務很熱情，酒店門口就是地鐵5號線彭劉楊站，到黃鶴樓景區特別方便，就一站路能到。早餐也很豐富，吃早餐的大廳還能打卡黃鶴樓。

充電線落在酒店，聯繫管家説找到了，給了地址，説是寄出了。已經半個月了，一直不到，每次聯繫都説寄出來了。沒見過服務態度這麼差的。當時離趕飛機還有2個小時，想着還是寄過來方便，早知道回去拿了。實在是太過分了

酒店位置特別好，步行10幾分鐘能到黃鶴樓。酒店門口就是地鐵8號線彭劉楊站入口，武漢道路幾乎都是斜路，外地自駕到酒店後，去景點還是地鐵或打車更方便。前台服務很好，耐心細緻介紹解答住宿問題，房間衞生啥的都很不錯，床墊軟硬適度睡覺很舒服，因為是住兩晚，客房服務人員對一次性牙具和瓶裝水及時補齊，酒店在一個十字路口把角處，地面停車位很多，地下停車場有沒有不知道。酒店出門右轉，道路兩側飯館很多，蔡林記熱乾麪，方掌櫃武昌魚都是知名老號。

快六百的價格，給了個走道盡頭小的要命的房間不到15 6個平方，還有那個上下電梯慢的像個蝸牛
