1、衞生:整體房間打掃還算乾淨。
2、環境:整體入住環境還可以，如果晚上睡覺沒有外部聲音打擾的情況下還算安靜，但是隔音效果特別差。
3、服務:服務態度的話，入住那會兒前台服務態度還不錯，但是遇到事情處理不夠及時，很影響顧客感受。主要説一點，今天凌晨1點是被對門的超級大笑聲驚醒的，那個笑聲説實話太過誇張，我朋友還特地打電話到前台希望能幫忙處理下這個事情，因為已經嚴重影響了別人的睡眠，但是等了半小時還是沒有任何處理結果，對門笑聲越來越大，根本無法入睡，我朋友不得不親自跑下樓到前台去説這個事情。顧客既然電話反映了那麼是不是應該及時解決，一定要人親自跑下樓去説才給解決嗎？如果我朋友不親自跑下去，是不是這個擾人的聲音要持續到早上了？
4、設施:我覺得酒店可以提供兩種枕頭，一種軟的一種硬點的，因為有些人喜歡硬點的枕頭，有些人睡軟的枕頭，如果有兩種枕頭的話，可以滿足更多人的需求。

不是第一次來住了，酒店的環境，裝修都挺精緻，房間也蠻乾淨，早餐非常美味，種類豐富。服務更是無可挑剔，幾乎隨叫隨到，還幫忙免費升級了房型，地理位置優越，銀座吃的也比較多，離地鐵站也近，性價比拉滿。總體很滿意，還會再來。

剛剛入住了這家酒店，體驗遠超預期！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就感受到工作人員的熱情和專業，前台小姐姐不僅快速辦理了入住，還貼心地介紹了周邊美食和景點。房間設計簡約大氣，落地窗外的城市夜景美得讓人沉醉，床品柔軟舒適，淋浴水壓充足，完全緩解了旅途的疲憊。
酒店細節處處用心：每日打掃及時徹底，迷你吧的飲品選擇豐富，健身房設備齊全，早餐更是驚喜滿滿——現煮的當地特色麪點和新鮮水果種類多到挑花眼！位置也超便利，步行5分鐘就能到地鐵站，去熱門商圈和景點都很方便。退房時還贈送了精緻小禮品，真的有種賓至如歸的感覺。下次來這座城市一定還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦給所有追求品質的旅行者！

平時不太愛寫評價，真的是被店裡的小姐姐們感動到了，賊拉熱情！真的是超級貼心的服務，進門就接住行李，前台有糖果和小零食，酒店環境也蠻不錯的，大廳裏有彩色的燈光還挺有調調的，環境不錯，一樓還有個竹林，酒店裡都有綠植，前台還有發財樹，屋裡的窗簾也是蠻遮光的，床墊好舒服啊！睡得挺好的，電視屏幕挺大的，畫面也是蠻清晰的，水壺也很乾凈一看就是消毒的了，洗澡熱水出的好快啊，沖澡水壓也很大，沐浴液洗髮水護髮素都配的蠻齊哎，床單被套蠻乾淨，地板也拖的挺乾淨的，衞生乾淨才住的放心，喝水有橙色的水杯，刷牙有漱口的口杯，刮鬍刀、護理包、洗手液哈都有，東西都配的蠻齊的，客房的服務員也是蠻熱情的，要個什麼東西很快就送來了，1樓有健身房，跑步機舉重的都有，2樓有洗衣房，洗衣房裡洗衣凝珠洗衣機烘乾機掛燙機都有的，走去歸元寺就一兩分鐘，周邊附近吃飯好多小吃，晚上酒店門口就要有吃小火鍋的，不要太方便啊！愛了愛了！
