服務：從我辦入住 和晚上回來去前台要一次性刮鬍刀 ，前台的工作人員就一直拿着手機摁啊摁，第一次能理解沒準在回工作消息，第二次我詢問完她讓我等下 拿起手機回完消息才給我拿。咋們酒店特色是先摁手機再接待？ 之後回到屋子裡發現電視關不了，遙控器裏沒有電池，就打電話給前台。過會來了個大爺叼根煙就來送遙控器。換電池換遙控器都不好使，最終拔電處理。先不説設備不好使的事。請問咱們賓館電梯 和走廊都不禁煙的嗎？上來送個電池一路叼根煙就進來了？
設施：被單有個破洞 遙控器沒電池 也不好使 這都發現不了嗎？

比預期好太多了~入住時前台給升了房型，房間很大，床也舒服，衞生間鏡子夠大~離地鐵不遠，去景點很方便~這價格真的性價比無敵了~美中不足就是電視不能投屏哈哈哈，希望早日升級~

酒店位置很不錯，過一個紅綠燈就到歸元禪寺，步行就3分鐘，酒店裝修簡單大氣，環境很優雅，房間寬敞明亮，還有電子秤，衞生間乾濕分離很喜歡，二樓還有洗衣機烘乾機滿意我出行洗衣需求，一樓還有健身房，沒事跑跑步也是不錯的選擇，前台服務人員很熱情，入住檸檬水，這武漢天氣那麼熱，很是感動，酒店還有遊玩攻略，去了黃鶴樓還蠻不錯的，酒店阿姨衞生打掃比較細緻，下次還過來住，挺不錯的

幫親戚預訂的，體驗感很好。酒店附近交通便利，離地鐵4號線鍾家村站步行十幾分鍾，下午帶着朋友去江漢路吃了小龍蝦，晚上與朋友去了長江大橋，夜景很美，江畔漫步，江風愜意。前台服務很好，熱情周到，中午我去接朋友，前台看到我滿頭大汗，立馬遞給了我一張濕紙巾擦汗，隨後給我倒了一杯冰鎮檸檬水，瞬間被他們細心和貼心的服務打動和感染。酒店設施設備很齊全，有洗衣房和健身房。房間衞生很乾凈，採光也很好，竟然還有小冰箱和電子秤，體驗遠遠超過預期。總之，這個地段，這個價格，可以算得上是一家寶藏酒店，大家可以閉眼沖，以後親戚朋友過來就選這家店了，值得推薦。
