下午3點多到達酒店辦理入住，告知我們房間還在佈置，暫時不能入住，需要等待半小時。我們提出是否可以先進去休息，因為孩子已經很困了，答覆説不行；我們又提出有無其他打掃好的同房型，告訴我們沒有，衹能等，協商之後給了我們另外一間房，讓我們先休息，等入住房間打掃好就可以換過去。我看了一下時間，那時候是下午3點13分，我們換到備用房間，孩子想睡覺，我們也沒讓她睡，就這麼乾等着，3點50左右打過一次電話詢問，還沒有打掃好，衹能繼續等。終於在4點多的時候，我們搬去了新房間。等入住房間之後，我們都覺得，就這麼簡單的親子房佈置，為何要花費差不多1個小時左右，實在不能理解。而且等了這麼久，從換房間入住一直到我們退房，沒有人和我們説過一句抱歉，或者是有任何補償措施。對於該酒店沒有任何好感，以後也不會再來這家了。

The hotel facilities are very new, and the room lighting design is impressive. Sally and her colleagues in the hotel executive lounge are warm and thoughtful, and they don't overdo the service, which makes people feel very comfortable. Charles, the golden key of the concierge, is very professional, thoughtful, and meticulous. It feels like home. I look forward to staying here again to experience the executive treatment next time.
