The hotel is very good really. I liked my stay there. A lot of construction outside, made you feel it is old and not maintained, however from inside it is very clean, very good service and everything is good. The room itself has everything you need. Their breakfast is good.

酒店老舊，前台服務人員態度冷淡全程無笑臉話語冰冷，都什麼年代了竟然還要收按金，房間面積可以就是設施老舊了，衞生一般，早餐品種少，麪包蛋糕硬的像石頭，餐廳服務員態度倒是不錯，這種酒店配不上5星，下次不會再入住了

酒店很有特色，大堂經理服務很好，地理位置優越，旁邊就是黃鶴樓，酒店離公交站非常近。大堂氣派寬敞，吊燈很精美綠植養眼，前台小姐姐服務意識很強，房間設施齊全，退房時前天服務員也會貼心詢問入住感受。性價比很高，住的很放心很值得！
