超滿意呀！必須好好誇誇前台的柯柯小姐，從辦理入住到諮詢問題，她始終面帶微笑，耐心又專業，服務態度超好的！柯柯熱心接待，安排了高樓層遠眺黃鶴樓的房間，詳細的給我介紹增值服務，推薦周邊好吃的餐廳，給我做攻略。酒店的位置也十分優越，周邊交通便捷，門口就是地鐵站，無論是想去黃鶴樓還是湖北省博物館，都很方便。房間的設施也很齊全，並且房間冷氣超級足的，酒店是中央空調，在酒店就不會感覺到熱，洗護用品也很齊全，冰箱也準備了零食飲料。推薦！

When I checked in at the front desk, Miaomiao from the guest department was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to arrange a very quiet room with a view of the Yellow Crane Tower. It was very comfortable and quiet, with complete facilities. There was a rope for drying clothes in the bathroom, and the makeup mirror on the washstand was very suitable for me. The hotel's afternoon tea varieties include desserts, porridge, fruits, etc. After 18:00, there are pasta, beef noodles, etc. There was no time to go back to the hotel to use it that day. The children wanted to eat green peas and yogurt on the way, so we contacted her to help pack them and put them at the front desk. In addition, she also introduced us to Hubei cuisine, places to drink lotus root soup and eat Wuchang fish. It was very good!

五月錯峯出遊武漢，住武漢山水富麗華酒店太值了！酒店出門就是地鐵口，還有自己的停車場，停車免費出門時報一下車牌就行，地鐵去哪也方便，省去遊玩時間。周圍安靜不吵，連住幾晚每天回來房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，看着就舒心。後面挨着商超，買東西超便利。賓客經理秀秀特別貼心，入住前有備註都幫我協調解決，安排的安靜的高層無煙房，入住後幫我安排小童用具和水果，房間介紹也很詳細，有不清楚的都可以聯繫她解決，迷你吧的茶葉、礦泉水免費喝。辦入住、退房速度快，走的時候還問住得好不好，服務特別周到，真心推薦！

入住手續辦的挺快，分開訂了兩間房，和家人一起出行。賓客姍姍主動添加微信，介紹特色早餐推薦下午茶，因為快打烊了，還特意去提醒大堂吧為我們延遲一點點時間，服務周到人性化。房間乾淨整潔，寬敞舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，冰箱裏的迷你吧免費喲，在房間就可以看到黃鶴樓。大堂氛圍比較愜意舒適，燈光暖黃不刺眼睛，讓人很放鬆。停車免費，有獨立停車場，安全放心。酒店位置也不錯，處於繁華地段。周邊有小吃有生活超市，很適合出行人羣，快捷方便。雖然處於鬧市區，但是很安靜，挺不錯的一家酒店。推薦！

這家酒店太棒了，房間非常整潔，衞浴用品提供很充足，接待人員態度很温馨，非常推薦。下次來武漢還會訂山水富麗華酒店的。
