住過很多次如家了，這家的環境最差，房間超級小，設施也很舊，就在馬路邊上，晚上車流的聲音吵的睡不着，感覺睡在大馬路上。。最離譜的是晚上隔壁房間門鎖壞了還是怎樣，門鈴從十二點響到三點，也不去維修也不及時給解決方案，兩點多實在是吵的睡不着了打電話過去説今晚修不了，給了兩個耳塞。。。為什麼沒有應急維修人員，為什麼不及時主動給周圍房間道歉發耳塞，就那樣讓他自己響一晚上，也不提出解決辦法和補償措施，不去找也不主動**，全程也完全沒有抱歉的態度，耳塞扔門口就走了。環境、服務、設施、、、都超級無敵差，沒住過這麼爛的如家👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
