前台服務熱情周到，環境安逸優美，出行方便，周邊超市私家菜距離很近。房間佈局和設施屬於老派的體制內風格，相對寬敞一些，燈光明亮，淋浴的水壓水量很棒。設施不算新，例如，衞生間地磚與房間地毯的銜接處破舊不堪，甚至有尖頭朝上的釘子，扎到了家人的腳；睡過一晚之後，皮膚出現紅疹，目前已五天尚未消退。
