入住體驗不錯，小徐服務很好。深夜過來辦理入住，響應也很快，環境也比較安靜，沒有吵鬧，早起起來也很舒服。

環境好，房間很舒適，也很大。離地鐵50米。出行非常方便。乾濕分離，有大堂吧會客方便。機器人送外賣。Cathy小徐辦事效率高。

位置絕了！地鐵口出來走30秒就到，前台小徐超温柔，房間衞生乾淨又住起來又舒服，客房有位胡姐面帶微笑，非常有感染力，説話也很温柔，酒店房間性價比超高，下次一定還要來！

平時住皇冠的，因為督導組視察，住的這。第一天是翠運大床房，房間內比較幹流了鼻血，房間內細節經不起推敲，第二天索性換了行政套房，這個套房床頭有個通道門，晚上自動開了，裏面都是煙頭，那個灰塵別提多大了，他家的房間是挺大的，但是大床小的可憐床墊和床的貼合度也不夠對不起這個價格。可能住慣了皇冠吧。退房時讓我交300清洗費，我真是無語告訴我不影響下一位客人，因為我流了鼻血，因為房間太乾。空調也不太好使。非常無語。那麼上一位客人留下的煙頭我也沒説要求你們補償我啊。好好做服務吧。多反省自己。靠這個做酒店是做不起來的，上一位留下煙頭的你們是不是也扣300。這酒店挺搞笑的，注意避雷，大床特別小，房間乾燥。空調不涼。服務苛刻。洗衣房連個阿姨都沒有。第一次洗完的衣服幹了以後竟然有洗衣液痕跡。我的衣服是黑色。走時候懶得計較。如果想住這建議旁邊皇冠吧。服務一流至少不會以這種理由苛刻費用
