酒店距離武大和地鐵特別近，出行方便！
驚喜之處是酒店服務員會把睡衣疊好放在床頭，很貼心（⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎） 希望可以給服務員阿姨漲工資哈哈
早餐種類比較豐富，包子饅頭小蛋糕，還有熱乾麪提供！
缺點是地毯和各種設施比較老舊，以及房費價格浮動比較大。
整體物有所值～～

整體滿意，各方面基本上契合我的需求但也有需要改進的地方。
設施：設施齊全，房間空間大，但是老化程度也略高，花灑有水垢，燈光太暗，晚上基本上無法搞學習。
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：離武漢大學步行十分鐘左右，很方便。
服務：前台工作人員很友善和貼心，但是在看備註的時候可能需要更細心一些，我購買了升房服務但是在我提醒之後才注意到。

超棒，前台的小哥哥小姐姐人都特別好，有任何需求都儘量滿足，説話什麼的都很好。住了一週，阿姨每天都來打掃，特別棒，而且打掃都有用次氯酸消毒，挺安心的。來武大就住麗楓沒錯~
唯一美中不足的就是房間的燈，不太亮，晚上想學習的話太暗了，而且閲讀燈和房燈不能同時打開。

酒店環境很差：
1.沒停車場，停在外面道路內側，第二天起來直接給貼罰單，酒店也沒用做任何提醒，第一次遇到不能停車的麗楓！
2. 整棟樓大概有4個酒店共用，很容易走錯，人也很雜，麗楓也算品牌酒店了，跟一些無品牌酒店共用！
3.房間有一股黴味，洗浴用品不齊全，沒有刮鬍刀，飲水無茶包！

前台小哥服務態度特別好，延遲退房早餐券免費升房各種服務都很到位，酒店衞生環境也很好，保潔阿姨工作非常認真，離武漢大學很近，酒店門口還有地鐵站
