Wuhan JING Hotel (Wuhan Zoo International Expo Center)

Overall this is a great hotel, it is very clean and the view is great! I loved the bathtub, because it is very large. I am a 6 foot 3 inches tall person (191cm) and I can fully extend my legs in the bathtub. The only issue I have is the WiFi, which will go down occasionally for about 5 minutes. This is an issue because I work online and it happened during one of my meetings, but overall it was not a big issue. The speed can also drop sometimes, but it is still mostly fast enough for me to do normal work. The location is further away from the main tourist areas like Hankou, but being near the zoo is nice.

Even though the hotel says non smoking rooms, people have been smoking in the lobby as well as the hotel corridors, unsure if the room itself have smokers prior. As there are cigarette buds container in the room. This is extremely unfriendly for families. Also we’ve asked to extend our check out, and initially we’ve been told the amount per hour, but due to the person’s mistake, apparently our room is double the amount instead per hour. But this was only communicated while we were checking out, leaving us no choice but to pay the additional amount, otherwise we would have left earlier by choice. It’s unfair we had to pay for the staff’s mistake.
